Getting started is simple. Contact us through our form with any questions, or browse our design page to explore your options. Once you’ve selected your pieces, complete the order form and send it by mail or email along with your payment. After we receive your submission, we’ll send a confirmation and begin processing your order.

Do not place the flowers in plastic. If your funeral director has removed them from the stems, please follow the instructions under the How to Submit Flowers tab on the Splendid Petals website. If the flowers are still in their original arrangement, you can enjoy them as long as you like. When you’re ready to dry your flowers, follow the drying instructions and ship them to Splendid Petals with the order form and payment begin processing.

You can use any type of flower, though we recommend roses as the best option for preservation.

The process takes a minimum of 8-16 weeks from the time we receive both your roses and your paid order. Once payment is received, we begin crafting your order. Each bead is carefully handcrafted, baked, and finished with a gloss coating while integrating your roses. When your order is complete, it will be shipped to you via USPS.

The Bead Cap is the base metal filigree covering that surrounds the rose. We offer this as an option at no additional charge.

We have 8 color options: White, Grey, Deep Red, Forest Green, Pink, Light Blue, Lilac and Yellow. Foil Beads are an additional add-on. Custom colors are available upon request for a 10% upcharge.

At this time, we do not accept credit cards in order to keep our costs as low as possible. Payment options are Zelle or cash.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the custom nature of this item.

Please send your flowers within 8 weeks of your purchase date. If flowers are not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

• If the flowers are shipped from a different name or address than provided from your order, please include a note inside the package with:

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • Your phone number

  Without this information, I may not be able to identify which order the flowers belong to.

• Each piece is handmade, so very small natural imperfections may occur.
